The purpose of this page is to provide updated information on the guidance the club receives for the 2020-2021 season. We are trying to keep this page as up-to-date as we can, so please check back often.
Below are links to COVID-19 protocols and waivers from various rinks in the area. Any forms must be completed as requested prior to each participant entering the respective facility. Participants will not be able to fill out the forms at the rink; they must fill them out prior to the scheduled activity. If a participant isn't on the updated list at the rink, they will not be able to participate.
Regardless of where our teams are playing, all club participants will continue to follow the Union Thunder Return To Play Guidelines (see below). That being said, it's still important to be aware of and follow any visiting rink protocols as well.
